first time using cyberGhost VPN

Right now, I know that there are hackers waiting for me to go back online because they know my IP address and know which websites I normally go.

I have bought my new NIC and have the driver ready to use.

which is best static or dynamic IP?
If its static, then how do I notify my ISP?

What is the best recommended steps to setup & use CyberGhost without revealing to the hackers?

How much is cyberGhost in US dollars per month or is it one time only fee?
Will the fee/payment ever increase over time?
Will I be dropped unexpectedly?
Which package best recommend?

Do I need to adjust anything on my wireless router, firewall exception such as ZoneAlarm or Internet security software such as Norton Symantec to use CyberGhost?

Can I startup & safely shut down CyberGhost anytime I feel like & say work offline?

How can I determine that I am truly hidden?

Once I use CyberGhost, can I surf anywhere on the Web, get my e-mails, upload/direct download, torrent & shop?

What is the best recommendations for extra security such as Internet security & firewall?

How secure is CyberGhost?
I just briefly glanced at www.hakin9.org/en and Hakin9 magazine, Issue 4.
