cannot connect

hi everyone
I hope I am posting this in the right place
I have only been using cyberghost for a short while, was really impressed
until today when i loaded it up, it automaticly updated to the new version
and I cant get it to connect. it says "There is currently no server available in
this category. try again later."well i have been trying for about 8 hours.
error code 50501, i have tried uninstalling, re install,
I am using Kaspersky I S. on XP Pro sp3 but i had a look and it seems to allowing cyberghost.
any ideas, thanks in advance.
