Error Connecting the CyberghostVPN

Hi,

I used this service successfully, but from last couple of days i could not able to connect to this service, may b some restriction from local ISP. but my connection is able to connect to VPN Server, but Internet is not enabled. always get the attached error. there is a handshake problem connecting to vpn server.....
looking for the any solution

Hi, please post a ConnectionLog by double clicking the CyberGhost Logo in the upper left corner of the Software.

Hi,

thx for ur reply, today i have also upgraded to latest version, even there is no difference, i am attaching the log file

Try to delete everything in the Keys Folder. Your Log shows, that something with your connection to the Server isn't workling properly. Have you installed a new Firewall or VirusScanner?

I tried as u said, delete the keys files and than tried, result is the same, actually same thing is happening on 2 of my computers. I live in Gulf so local service provider has blocked all voice ports. this is the reason i used VPN. cyberghost was working fine, but it seems that some thing is blocked by local ISP, Any comments or recommendation from ur side.

As you mentioned, it seems that your Provider has blocked CyberGhost. Try to contact them and let us know ...
